• Payment by credit or debit card: refund of the amount paid, minus the banking fees charged by the Stripe payment platform (up to 5%)
• Payment by bank transfer: full refund of the amount paid

Less than 48 hours before the check-in date, in case of no-show or early departure:

• No refund

We offer a self-service Italian breakfast that includes sweets and savory snacks (packaged according to regional food safety regulations for Bed & Breakfast), water, fruit juices, honey, jams, Nutella, coffee, tea, herbal teas, etc.

Breakfast is available until 11:00

• The bedroom and bathroom will be tidied up and cleaned daily starting from 11:00
• We change bed linen and towels twice a week, in accordance with local regulations
